EU CIVIL WAR

Every organization in history needs a self battle before it becomes powerful. Every country created after 1789 had a destructive civil war before it forms it’s present existence.

EU was started to build up after WWII on Churchill’s dream following the ashes of a war towards fascism. Its currency unification in 2001with the entrance of 21th century was not explained too much to peoples as it was considered a result of high minded executives for the good of all. Along with the burst of world economic crisis with Lehman Brothers collapse in 2008 EU and euro started to be hit as well. Greece seemed to be its Achilles heel on the wounded South Europe legs.

In the common effort of Governments to protect euro and Europe every nation looked simultaneously and craftily to protect its own interests making the lead of the effort quite demanding. Glorious British fighters of WWII kept a long distance from the common effort as they still handle a different currency, the British pound waiting to decide if they will fulfill finally EU dream.  

Today Europe and EU seems to be cut in the middle between Germans and French people. Germans in accordance with North countries of Europe insist on a strong euro with strict rules and a certain way of life and working. This decision make euro for many analysts to be thought as the strongest currency in the world. France in accordance with Italy and South countries of Europe and euro insist on a different way of life and working that leads more to the US standards and ends up to a 1:1 valuation. Indeed the last do not refer to the last decades cost of protecting this way of life.

Greece and "bloodthirsty" Mr Tsipras seems today as the lance that will give the first hit for EU civil war between North and South so as one day EU ends up stronger with its new role. 

A role set in a world where threats of democracy and free thinking can hurt everyone inside in its own home. 

 

Time will be now the most crucial factor as braveness and strategy become of second importance in the digital era…
