Ολοκληρώθηκε η συνάντηση της πολιτικής ηγεσίας του Υ.Δ.Μ.&Η.Δ. και των εκπροσώπων της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής (Ε.Ε.), της Ευρωπαϊκής Κεντρικής Τράπεζας (Ε.Κ.Τ.) και του Διεθνούς Νομισματικού Ταμείου (Δ.Ν.Τ).

Κατά τη συνάντηση, ο Υπουργός Αντ. Μανιτάκης, ο Υφυπουργός Μανούσος Βολουδάκης, ο Γενικός Γραμματέας Δημήτρης Στεφάνου, καθώς και οι υπηρεσιακοί παράγοντες του υπουργείου ενημέρωσαν τους εκπροσώπους της Τρόικα για την πορεία της διοικητικής μεταρρύθμισης.

Η πολιτική ηγεσία του Υπουργείου, είναι αποφασισμένη να προχωρήσει σε όλες τις αναγκαίες μεταρρυθμίσεις του κράτους σε βάθος, χωρίς καμία χρονοτριβή.

Οι δεσμεύσεις της χώρας θα τηρηθούν απαρέγκλιτα, στο πλαίσιο πάντα των προγραμματικών δηλώσεων της κυβέρνησης και της προγραμματικής συμφωνίας των κυβερνητικών εταίρων.

Εκφράστηκε η πεποίθηση ότι τα οφέλη της διοικητικής μεταρρύθμισης -με βάση το ολοκληρωμένο και ρεαλιστικό σχέδιο που έχει εκπονηθεί- θα είναι άμεσα, αφού θα εξοικονομηθούν σημαντικά  ποσά από τις λειτουργικές δαπάνες, αλλά και μακροπρόθεσμα, αφού θα σημειωθούν οικονομίες κλίμακας, μείωση γραφειοκρατικών βαρών που μέχρι σήμερα λειτουργούν ως τροχοπέδη στην ανάπτυξη και τις επενδύσεις, αλλά και βελτίωση των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών του κράτους προς τους πολίτες.

Προέδρος και Διευθύνων Σύμβουλος ΟΠΑΠ ΑΕ

Με απόφαση του υπουργού Οικονομικών κ. Γιάννη Στουρνάρα, Προέδρος και Διευθύνων Σύμβουλος του ΟΠΑΠ ΑΕ αναλαμβάνει ο οικονομολόγος κ. Κωνσταντίνος Λουρόπουλος.
 

Ο κ. Λουρόπουλος γεννήθηκε το 1953 στην Αθήνα.

Είναι απόφοιτος του Οικονομικού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, Τμήμα Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων και έχει κάνει μετεκπαίδευση στο Professional Education Division της Arthur Andersen – Chicago.
 

Επί 32 χρόνια έχει λειτουργήσει στον ιδιωτικό και δημόσιο τομέα της οικονομίας, ως εξωτερικός σύμβουλος, έχει μελετήσει και υλοποιήσει μεγάλα έργα μετασχηματισμού επιχειρήσεων και οργανισμών.  Έχει συνεργασθεί με μεγάλες ιδιωτικές επιχειρήσεις και οργανισμούς του δημόσιου τομέα στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό.  Η κύρια ειδικότητά του είναι η πληροφορική και η οργάνωση των επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών.

Ξεκίνησε την καριέρα του, το 1979, στην Arthur Andersen ως ελεγκτής (auditor) και γρήγορα εντάχθηκε στον κλάδο των Συμβούλων Επιχειρήσεων. Στην Andersen ήταν επί 13 χρόνια (1984 – 1997) μέλος της διοικητικής ομάδας, ως ανώτατος διευθυντής. 

Το 1991 ίδρυσε το ελληνικό γραφείο της Andersen Consulting (σήμερα ονομάζεται Accenture). Τη διετία 1998 -1999, συνεργάσθηκε με την Ernst & Young ως Partner επικεφαλής των συμβουλευτικών υπηρεσιών στην Νοτιοανατολική Ευρώπη.

Συνεργάσθηκε ως σύμβουλος με πάρα πολλές μεγάλες ελληνικές Τράπεζες αλλά και με οργανισμούς του ευρύτερου δημόσιου τομέα αλλά και της κεντρικής Κυβέρνησης.
 

Είναι παντρεμένος με την Αικατερίνη Ζαφειροπούλου – Λουροπούλου και έχουν δύο παιδιά.

VAT: Commission proposes new instrument for speedy response to fraud

A proposal for a Quick Reaction Mechanism (QRM), that would enable Member States to respond more swiftly and efficiently to VAT fraud, was adopted by the Commission today. Under the QRM, a Member State faced with a serious case of sudden and massive VAT fraud would be able to implement certain emergency measures, in a way which they are currently not allowed to under VAT legislation. In this context, the proposal provides that Member States would be able to apply, within the space of a month, a "reverse charge mechanism" which makes the recipient rather than the supplier of the goods or services liable for VAT. This would significantly improve their chances of effectively tackling complex fraud schemes, such as carrousel fraud, and of reducing otherwise irreparable financial losses. In order to deal with possible new forms of fraud in the future, it is also foreseen that other anti-fraud measures could be authorised and established under the QRM.

Algirdas Šemeta, Commissioner for Taxation, Customs and Anti-Fraud, said: "When it comes to VAT fraud, time is money. Fraudsters have become quicker and cleverer in developing schemes to rob the public purse. We must strive to be one step ahead of them. The Quick Reaction Mechanism will ensure that our system is sufficiently equipped to tackle VAT fraud effectively. It will help preserve much needed public revenues and create a fair and level-playing field for honest businesses."



VAT fraud costs the EU and national budgets several billion euro every year. In some serious cases, vast sums are lost within a very short timeframe, due to the speed at which fraud schemes evolve nowadays. For example, between June 2008 and December 2009, an estimated €5 billion was lost as a result of VAT fraud in greenhouse gas emission allowances...

Ο πολιτικός και ο επιχειρηματικός κόσμος αλλά και ο απλός λαός που διαβλέπει την αντιφατική τακτική του κ.Βενιζέλου, αναρωτιέται για το τι πραγματικά επιδιώκει; Είναι απόλυτα κατανοητό για την Ελλάδα, κάποιος να μη θέλει ο διάδοχός του στο Υπουργείο Οικονομικών να έχει μεγαλύτερες επιτυχίες από αυτόν, αλλά όταν έπειτα από τρία χρόνια διεθνούς εξευτελισμού της χώρας κοιτάμε τις «καρέκλες», πρέπει να είμαστε πιο προσεκτικοί. Εξάλλου όπως απέδειξε και το εκλογικό αποτέλεσμα των κομμάτων ο λαός έχει κρίση και τιμωρεί, το οποίο βέβαια δεν αποκλείεται να είναι και ο αυτοσκοπός…

Την πλήρη κατάργηση του Κώδικα Βιβλίων και Στοιχείων ζητά η ΕΣΕΕ με προτάσεις της για την μετά Κ.Β.Σ. εποχή.

Η Εθνική Συνομοσπονδία Ελληνικού Εμπορίου, απέστειλε σήμερα επιστολή προς τον Υπουργό Οικονομικών κ Γιάννη Στουρνάρα και τον Υφυπουργό Οικονομικών κ. Γιώργο Μαυραγάνη, με θέμα την πλήρη κατάργηση του Κώδικα Βιβλίων και Στοιχείων, καταθέτοντας πλήρεις και στοιχειοθετημένες προτάσεις. Στην επιστολή της αναφέρει ότι ο Κ.Β.Σ. και ο Κ.Φ.Ε. σήμερα αποτελούν ένα γραφειοκρατικό και δυσλειτουργικό νομοθετικό πλαίσιο, το οποίο ουδόλως ανταποκρίνεται στις σημερινές συνθήκες αλλά ούτε και στην προσπάθεια των φορολογικών υπηρεσιών για την περιστολή της φοροδιαφυγής.  Σε αυτό το πλαίσιο, το εμπόριο προτείνει την αντικατάστασή του με εύχρηστες, σύγχρονες, λειτουργικές και πρακτικές εφαρμογές και λύσεις, οι οποίες αναλύονται διεξοδικά.

Οι προτάσεις της ΕΣΕΕ εκφράζουν την επιθυμία του συνόλου του εμπορικού κόσμου για άμεση και πλήρη κατάργηση του Κώδικα Βιβλίων και Στοιχείων. Στην πολύ κρίσιμη καμπή στην οποία έχει βρεθεί η ελληνική επιχειρηματικότητα, το εν λόγω πρόβλημα πρέπει να αντιμετωπιστεί τώρα ή ποτέ.

Πιο συγκεκριμένα, οι προτάσεις της ΕΣΕΕ για την μετά Κ.Β.Σ. εποχή είναι :

1.    Ο τρόπος φορολογικού ελέγχου των επιχειρήσεων να διεκπεραιώνεται:

•    με την μέσω TAXIS διασταύρωση στοιχείων, των περιοδικών δηλώσεων Φ.Π.Α., την υποβολή κατ’ έτος του πρώτου και τελευταίου Ζ της ταμειακής μηχανής (για ηλεκτρονική διασταύρωση και επαλήθευση του κύκλου εργασιών) και των συγκεντρωτικών καταστάσεων των τιμολογίων. 

•    με τον έλεγχο της διακίνησης των αγαθών (αποδείξεις λιανικής-τιμολόγια κλπ.),

•    με την αυστηρώς ηλεκτρονική παρακολούθηση κατά την υποβολή των δηλώσεων ΦΠΑ,

•    να γίνεται τακτικός έλεγχος αν παρατηρείται έστω και μια παράβαση.

2.    Αναμόρφωση της συλλογιστικής χαρακτηρισμού των δαπανών ως παραγωγικών. Η καταγραφή των εκπιπτόμενων και μη  δαπανών με την πάροδο των ετών έχει δημιουργήσει μια τεράστιου μεγέθους λίστα, άρα επιβάλλεται, σε κάθε περίπτωση, να εξετάζεται η παραγωγικότητα των  δαπανών με βάση μιας περιοριστικής καταγραφής και αποσαφήνιση του ορισμού της παραγωγικότητας αυτών. 

3.    Καθιέρωση φορολογικού πιστοποιητικού και για τις επιχειρήσεις οι οποίες δεν ελέγχονται υποχρεωτικά από Ορκωτούς Λογιστές. Οι πιστοποιημένοι Λογιστές – Φοροτεχνικοί να αναλάβουν  την έκδοσή του με τους όρους και υποχρεώσεις που διέπουν το πιστοποιητικό που εκδίδουν οι Ορκωτοί Λογιστές.

4.    Τα κέρδη που πραγματικά επενδύονται να απαλλάσσονται της φορολογίας, ως αφορολόγητο επενδυτικό κεφάλαιο γνωστό και ως «αφορολόγητο αποθεματικό».   

5.    Συμβουλευτικός και όχι μόνο κατασταλτικός φορολογικός έλεγχος με περιορισμό προστίμων και προσαυξήσεων καθώς και αναστολή ποινικών διώξεων με αυτόφωρη διαδικασία.

Συνάντηση ΥΠΑΝΥΠ Κ. Χατζηδάκη με το Δήμαρχο Θεσσαλονίκης Γ. Μπουτάρη

Ζητήματα συνεργασίας του Υπουργείου Ανάπτυξης, Ανταγωνιστικότητας, Υποδομών Μεταφορών και Δικτύων με το Δήμο Θεσσαλονίκης συζητήθηκαν στη συνάντηση που είχε σήμερα ο υπουργός Κωστής Χατζηδάκης με το Δήμαρχο της πόλης Γιάννη Μπουτάρη.

Ο κ. Μπουτάρης έθεσε μεταξύ άλλων στον Υπουργό τα εξής θέματα:

-Μείωση των τελών του αεροδρομίου Θεσσαλονίκης. Για το ζήτημα των τελών των αεροδρομίων συνολικά θα γίνει μελέτη κόστους / οφέλους προκειμένου να ληφθούν υπόψη όλες οι παράμετροι που σχετίζονται με το θέμα (τουρισμός, πρόγραμμα αποκρατικοποιήσεων, θέματα ανταγωνισμού, θεσμικό πλαίσιο της Ε.Ε κ.α.)

-Κατασκευή τραμ στην πόλη με τη μέθοδο των ΣΔΙΤ. Το θέμα θα εξετασθεί με βάση τις οικονομικές δυνατότητες και με την προϋπόθεση ότι το έργο θα είναι βιώσιμο.

-Σύνδεση της Θεσσαλονίκης με υδροπλάνα. Το Υπουργείο ετοιμάζει ήδη το θεσμικό πλαίσιο για την ανάπτυξη της συγκεκριμένης αγοράς.

-Ανάπτυξη παράκτιας συγκοινωνίας με την παραχώρηση των απαιτούμενων χώρων στο παραλιακό μέτωπο.

Τέλος για τη συγχώνευση HELEXPO-ΔΕΘ και ΟΠΕ ο Δήμαρχος συμφώνησε με τη συγκεκριμένη πρωτοβουλία του Υπουργείου.

Κατασκευές: ενεργοποίηση του δυναμικού των κτιρίων χαμηλής κατανάλωσης ενέργειας για την επιστροφή της ανάπτυξης / Construction: unleashing the potential of low energy buildings to restore growth

Τα κτίρια χαμηλής κατανάλωσης ενέργειας με υψηλό δυναμικό εξοικονόμησης κόστους CO2 και ενέργειας εξακολουθούν να έχουν περιορισμένη διείσδυση στην αγορά, παρά τα οικονομικά και περιβαλλοντικά τους πλεονεκτήματα. Ο κατασκευαστικός τομέας περιλαμβάνει πάνω από το 10% της συνολικής απασχόλησης στην ΕΕ. Κατά συνέπεια, η Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή, για να προαγάγει τον κατασκευαστικό κλάδο ως κινητήρια δύναμη για τη δημιουργία θέσεων εργασίας και για την βιώσιμη ανάπτυξη για την οικονομία γενικά, παρουσίασε σήμερα μία στρατηγική για την τόνωση του κλάδου.

Τα κύρια στοιχεία της περιλαμβάνουν την τόνωση των ευνοϊκών επενδυτικών όρων, ιδίως για την ανακαίνιση και τη συντήρηση ακινήτων. Για παράδειγμα, θα ενθαρρυνθεί η αξιοποίηση της δέσμης ανώτατου ύψους 120 δισ. ευρώ υπό μορφή δανείων που διατίθενται από την Ευρωπαϊκή Τράπεζα Επενδύσεων (ΕΤΕ) ως μέρος του συμφώνου για την οικονομική μεγέθυνση και την απασχόληση του Ιουνίου. Δεύτερον, θα δοθεί ώθηση στην καινοτομία και τα προσόντα των εργαζομένων θα βελτιωθούν μέσω της προώθησης της κινητικότητας. Τρίτον, θα βελτιωθεί η αποδοτικότητα των πόρων, μέσω της προώθησης της αμοιβαίας αναγνώρισης των βιώσιμων συστημάτων κατασκευής στην ΕΕ. Τέταρτον, θα δοθούν στις κατασκευαστικές εταιρείες κώδικες πρακτικής για τυποποιημένο σχεδιασμό που θα τις διευκολύνουν να εργάζονται σε άλλα κράτη μέλη. Τέλος, θα βελτιωθεί η παγκόσμια θέση των ευρωπαϊκών κατασκευαστικών επιχειρήσεων προκειμένου να ενθαρρύνονται καλές επιδόσεις και βιώσιμα πρότυπα σε τρίτες χώρες.

Ο αντιπρόεδρος της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής κ. Antonio Tajani, επίτροπος αρμόδιος για τη βιομηχανία και την επιχειρηματικότητα, δήλωσε: «Στο πλαίσιο της τρέχουσας σοβαρής οικονομικής και κοινωνικής κρίσης, τα κτίρια χαμηλής κατανάλωσης ενέργειας αποτελούν ασφαλείς και βιώσιμες επενδύσεις για την κοινωνία και τους ιδιώτες επενδυτές. Ο κατασκευαστικός κλάδος πρέπει να θεωρήσει ότι του παρέχεται μια ευκαιρία για καινοτομία και για την προσέλκυση νέων ταλέντων. Οι νέες τεχνολογίες προσφέρουν μεγάλες δυνατότητες, όχι μόνο για νέες κατοικίες, αλλά και για την ανακαίνιση εκατομμυρίων υφιστάμενων κτιρίων ώστε να καταστούν υψηλής ενεργειακής απόδοσης σύμφωνα με τους στόχους της ΕΕ για το 2020. Ας μην αφήσουμε ανεκμετάλλευτη την ευκαιρία αυτή. Ο κατασκευαστικός κλάδος μπορεί να καταστεί κινητήρια δύναμη της βιώσιμης ανάπτυξης».

Γιατί η ΕΕ χρειάζεται μια στρατηγική στον κατασκευαστικό κλάδο;

·         Η χρηματοπιστωτική και οικονομική κρίση είχε ως αποτέλεσμα τη μείωση της οικοδομικής δραστηριότητας και της δημιουργίας υποδομών κατά 17% μεταξύ Ιανουαρίου 2008 και Απριλίου 2012 στην ΕΕ-27

·         η έκρηξη της «φούσκας» των ακινήτων εξακολούθησε να μειώνει σημαντικά τη δραστηριότητα του κλάδου, δημιουργώντας ανεργία

·         η συρρίκνωση των πιστωτικών αγορών και οι πρακτικές καθυστέρησης των πληρωμών ασκούν περαιτέρω πίεση στη φερεγγυότητα των επιχειρήσεων του κατασκευαστικού κλάδο

·         ο κλάδος έχει συνεχή ανάγκη ειδικευμένου εργατικού δυναμικού

·         η εμφάνιση κτιρίων με σχεδόν μηδενική κατανάλωση ενέργειας (ΝΖΕΒ), όπως ανακοινώθηκε στην αναδιατύπωση της οδηγίας για την ενεργειακή απόδοση των κτιρίων, θα αποτελέσει μεγάλη πρόκληση για τον κατασκευαστικό κλάδο

·         οι προσπάθειες για τη βελτίωση της ενεργειακής απόδοσης και την ενσωμάτωση των ανανεώσιμων πηγών ενέργειας προχωρούν αργά, ιδίως όσον αφορά την ανακαίνιση υφιστάμενων κτιρίων

·         η κατάσταση στις διεθνείς αγορές είναι ζωτικής σημασίας για τους επιχειρηματικούς φορείς της ΕΕ. Δυσχέρειες προκύπτουν από τους όρους ανταγωνισμού που επικρατούν σε άλλες χώρες, όπως είναι οι λιγότερο αυστηρές κοινωνικές και περιβαλλοντικές απαιτήσεις. Οι επιχειρηματικοί φορείς τρίτων χωρών λαμβάνουν επίσης κρατικές ενισχύσεις, π.χ. στην Κίνα, γεγονός που περιορίζει τις ευκαιρίες πρόσβασης των επιχειρηματικών φορέων της ΕΕ στις αγορές αυτές.

EurActiv: Schäuble, Geithner urge reforms as EU business confidence dips

German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schäuble and U.S. counterpart Timothy Geithner said yesterday (30 July) they were confident the countries of the euro zone would implement reforms needed to overcome their sovereign debt crisis. Meanwhile, business confidence in the EU showed a serious decline in July.

After a meeting on the North Sea island of Sylt where Schäuble is vacationing, the two men issued a statement  and said their countries would cooperate closely to stabilize the global and European economies.

Although Germany and the U.S. have clashed in the past over actions to counter the euro debt crisis and the global slowdown, the two men did not say how they hoped to reconcile their strategies to stabilize the global economy.

"Both expressed confidence in euro area member states' efforts to reform and move towards greater integration," said the statement.

The statement comes as the European Commission reported yesterday that business confidence in the eurozone has declined to a near three-year low in July. A loss of confidence in the services sector was the main driver of the decrease in the EU, said the EU executive, while the euro area saw the biggest declines in industry and among consumers.

Italy’s Monti calls confidence vote on spending cuts

Meanwhile Italy’s Monti called yesterday for a confidence vote in the Italian Senate to accelerate the passage of more than €4 billion in spending cuts this year.

The cuts would enable Italy to delay a planned sales tax increase and rein in its budget deficit.

Monti is staking his government's future on passage of the decree before the summer recess. He is considered certain to win as his parliamentary allies have guaranteed their support.

The new savings for this year are in addition to planned government spending cuts of €10.5 billion euros unveiled in an austerity package announced in December.

Among the measures included in the decree are reductions in state health-care expenditures and a gradual trimming of the number of public-sector workers and state managers.

Final approval is expected to come later this week in a vote in the lower house Chamber of Deputies.

Κάθε σύστημα διακυβέρνησης μίας χώρας δημιουργεί την καθεστηκυία του τάξη. Από τη δικτατορία στη δημοκρατία και από τη βασιλεία στον κομμουνισμό υπάρχει πάντα η άρχουσα τάξη, που τις περισσότερες φορές ιστορικά απομύζησε τον πλούτο των πολιτών και της χώρας, εντός και εκτός συνόρων. Από την Αλλαγή μέχρι την Επανίδρυση η μεταπολιτευτική δημοκρατία της Ελλάδας, η οποία εκ του αποτελέσματος δεν είναι εύκολο να προσδιοριστεί ως σύστημα διακυβέρνησης, κατέληξε στο 2009 σε ένα πολύ περίεργο κοινωνικό σύνολο. Το κυριότερο κοινό χαρακτηριστικό που ίσως διαπέρασε θεσμούς και τάξεις και δημιούργησε μία νέα κοινωνική μάζα, ομιλούσα την ίδια γλώσσα, ήταν αυτό της «αρπαχτής». Μία νέα τάξη εργαζόμενη τόσο στο Δημόσιο όσο και στο Ιδιωτικό τομέα, με αρχές θρησκευτικές, οικογενειακές και πάνω από όλες πατριωτικές κυριάρχησε. Ευϋπόληπτοι άνθρωποι, νέοι και μεγαλύτεροι, με σπουδές και αρχές, δεν άντεξαν στον πειρασμό του εύκολου πλούτου και υποκλίθηκαν βαθιά και με ευχαρίστηση. Δικηγόροι, ιατροί, κληρικοί, αγρότες, αξιωματικοί, επιχειρηματίες, πολιτικοί και ό,τι φανταστεί ο νους του ανθρώπου συναπάρτιζε την Μεγάλη Ελλάδα της προηγούμενης δεκαετίας. Τα εξοχικά, με ή χωρίς πισίνες, περίβολους με ψηλά δέντρα και φυσικά πάνω από όλα ένα μικρό εκκλησάκι έγιναν θεσμός. Για όλο αυτό τον κόσμο η μειοψηφία των συντηρουμένων Ελλήνων με τις νόμιμες αποδοχές τους, αποτελούσε τους χαζούς, μειωμένης πνευματικής απόδοσης, συντοπίτες τους που, ως δυστυχείς, ο Θεός τους έπλασε όμοιους με τα τετράποδα συμπαθή ζώα. Σήμερα, αντικρίζοντας αυτή την άλλοτε κυρίαρχη τάξη  απελπισμένα να αναζητεί τη δραχμή, για να αποφύγει τον έλεγχο καταθέσεων και περιουσιών από τους ξένους κατακτητές και δοσίλογους τοπικούς αντιφρονούντες, δεν μπορεί κανείς παρά να νιώσει οίκτο…   

Every system of government of a country creates its ruling class. From dictatorship to democracy and from monarchy to communism there is always a ruling class, mostly draining the wealth of a society and a country historically, both within and across Greece. From the “Change” of 1981 until the “Re-establishment” of 2004 the system of government in Greece, which cannot, by its result, be easily identified came in 2009 to a very unique society. The main common characteristic that perhaps penetrated all institutions and classes and created a new social Greek class, speaking the same language, was that of "stealing". A new class of working both in public and private sector, with strong religious, family and above all patriotic principles dominated Greece. Reputable people, young and old, highly educated and with principles could not stand the temptation of easy wealth and bowed deeply and delightfully to its master. Lawyers, doctors, clergy, farmers, officers, businessmen, politicians and whoever imagined compose the Great Greece of the past decade. Luxury houses, with or without pools, circled with tall trees and of course above all a small church became an “institution”. For this entire class Greek minority dependents on their lawful earnings were stupid humans of decreased mental performance, the fellows who, unfortunately, God created similar to the adorable four-legged animals. Facing today the once dominant Greek class desperately seeking drachma to avoid checking their deposits and property, from foreign invaders and local collaborators dissidents, one cannot but feel pity…

Σε ώρες κρίσιμες που η τύχη της Ελλάδας παίζεται κορώνα γράμματα, που πρέπει να πείσουμε ότι μπορούμε, ότι δεν είμαστε μια χώρα τεμπέληδων και χαραμοφάηδων που μας ταΐζουν οι ευρωπαϊκοί λαοί σε τέτοιες στιγμές αγωνίας για όλους μας έρχονται τα κοράκια που ζουν με το αίμα της Ελλάδας (κάτι Ρέσλερ, Ρουμπινί και Σόρος) και φέρνουν την καταστροφή ότι τελειώσαμε, δεν θα καταφέρουμε τίποτα και η Ελλάδα πρέπει να πεταχτεί στα σκουπίδια της Ευρώπης.

Και όλη αυτή «η συμμορία της δραχμής» που εκτελεί προφανώς εντολές Ελλήνων και ξένων που θα θησαυρίσουν με την επιστροφή της Ελλάδας στη δραχμή, και θα μπορούν έτσι να μας αγοράσουν όλους για ένα κομμάτι ψωμί, δυστυχώς έχουν τους Έλληνες συνεργάτες από άγνοια ή μικροκομματισμό.

Άραγε τι ρόλο παίζουν αυτοί οι Έλληνες που φέρνουν καθημερινά την καταστροφή; Και πόσο πολιτικά μικρόψυχοι είναι παίζοντας με το μέλλον αυτής της χώρας για μερικά ψηφαλάκια;
Και βέβαια εννοώ τον σύντροφο Αλέξη που κάθε μέρα κάνει ότι μπορεί για να πείσει τους ξένους να μην έρθουν να επενδύσουν σε μια χώρα που καταρρέει.

Και με βασανίζει ένα ερώτημα: τι γύρευε και τι συζητούσε για ώρες ο Αλέξης Τσίπρας με το δεξί χέρι του προφήτη της καταστροφής της Ελλάδας, Ρουμπινί, την κ. Μέγκαν Γριν, με την οποία βρέθηκαν σε κλειστό χώρο συζητώντας για το μέλλον της Ελλάδας;

Απάντηση βέβαια δεν περιμένω (και μη μου πουν ότι η συνάντηση έγινε στο πλαίσιο της εκδήλωσης του «Economist» που έγινε πρόσφατα στην Αθήνα) γιατί ο Αλέξης και η κ. Μέγκαν ήταν για πολύ ώρα σε μια εξαιρετικά κρίσιμη συζήτηση για το μέλλον της Ελλάδας.

Την ίδια απάντηση βέβαια περιμένει και ο καλός συνάδελφος Γιώργος Παπαχρήστος στα «ΝΕΑ» που αποκάλυψε σήμερα το θέμα.

Security industry: Commission proposes programme to enable further growth

Providing security is a central concern of any society. Recent natural disasters and terrorist attacks have highlighted the need to be better prepared for crisis situations. The European Commission has therefore proposed an action programme to boost Europe's security industry. The programme should empower this industry - one of the sectors with the highest potential for growth and employment in the EU - to stay in Europe and to continue producing high quality security products.

European Commission Vice President Antonio Tajani, responsible for enterprise and entrepreneurship, said: "The current fragmented market weakens the competitiveness of Europe’s security industry. This lack of an "EU brand" is especially critical as the future key markets for security technologies will not be in Europe but in emerging countries. Today we have agreed a blueprint for the creation of a true internal market for security technologies. This is essential to strengthen the position of our security industry, so that it can contribute to growth and jobs."

The Commission proposes to create a true internal market for the security industry by inter alia:

   harmonising standards and certification procedures for security technologies

    better exploitation of synergies between (civil) security and defence research

  novel funding schemes such as Pre-commercial Procurement to test and validate results stemming from EU security research projects

    introducing checks on the societal impact of new security technologies at the research stage.

Internal market to boost EU security industry

The EU security market has an estimated market value of between €26 billion and €36.5 billion with around 180,000 employees. It can broadly be divided into the following sectors: aviation security, maritime security, border security, critical infrastructure protection, counter-terror intelligence (including cyber security and communication), physical security protection; crisis management and protective clothing...
